Teachers have the potential to not only leave a significant influence on students’ achievements, but can actually leave their impact for a lifetime, igniting the will and desire for learning endlessly. We are cognizant of this and leave no stone unturned to ensure that we only spot, assess and handpick only the cream of the teaching fraternity. This is the reason why across our wide network of schools, our teachers are our pride.

One of the most effective ways to ensure quality curriculum transactions in schools is by recruiting the best teachers. We are committed to finding and recruiting the best-qualified persons for the required roles in different subjects, within timelines and following due processes.
Kicking off at the end of a year for the subsequent academic year, the process first determines the requirement after evaluating existing teachers, promotions and possible subject combinations using modern automated methods. New candidates are required to fill assessment forms, appear for interviews, administer our ETAT process for scores, and take a demo lessons, which is observed by senior personnel, including the principal from grades 9 to 12.
