Mr Navneet Kapoor, Chairman, Livpure, joined Mr Rakesh Malhotra after his engineering and together helped build Luminous Power Technologies. In the last 20 years he has worked across functional areas including procurement, supply chain, production, and project management and emerged as a powerful business leader. He is today working along with Rakesh Malhotra to take the SAR group to new heights. He is a self-motivated, independent person and has a vast experience in production and supply chain management. He has an ability to deal with customers, service providers and internal personnel. He is multi – skilled person with leadership qualities, strategic decisions and operational excellence.

Mr. K. U. Rao | Director

Over 33 years of leadership & execution experience at Global, Regional and National levels across a range of businesses with Royal Dutch/Shell, Philips India and Zee Media. He has served as member of the Global leadership team for Shell Car Care International and has led major change initiatives across various parts of the World including restructuring channels of trade in South Africa and Pennzoil Oil Quaker State businesses across Asia Pacific region. His key strength areas include Channel Management, developing collaborative partnerships, Marketing, Simplifying complexity and Power Pricing. He has led the Launch of DNA Newspaper as its first CEO. He has served on boards of Pennzoil Quaker State and Zee Media.

Mr. R. S. Rajan | Managing Director

FKnown to handle water, engineering and chemicals industry effortlessly, this versatile personality handles his portfolio with great ease and poise. With a career spanning 30 years across sales operations, marketing and manufacturing, he has successfully built profitable businesses, created winning teams and mentored leaders in Eureka Forbes, Modi Group, ITC and Ion Exchange. Mr. Rajan has also been associated at the introduction and pre-production stages of many brands like Aquaguard, Zero-B, Indion, Hoover, Scotch Guard and Wills NBG.
